By registering for a webinar hosted by Timothy Dial, you agree to receive SMS and email communications in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Consent to Receive Communications:
By providing your phone number and email address during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and email reminders from Timothy Dial related to upcoming webinars, events, and relevant follow-up information.

Opt-Out of SMS & Email:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive.
After sending "STOP," you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Re-enrolling includes replying to the SMS with "START" or re-opting in through the initial submission method & consenting to receive SMS.
To opt out of email communications, click the "unsubscribe" link/button at the bottom of any email you receive from Timothy Dial. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing emails but may still receive transactional or service-related emails.
